The most modern and one of the only training center produces the best officers to serve in Marshal. After an intensive training program the cadets graduate as the Marshal STC certified officers. Due consideration is taken to train the cadets in basic security training, fire fighting and to handle any emergency situation.

In advance certificate course the cadets are trained in shooting, body guarding, martial arts and monitoring electronic security devices. The Marshal STC certified officers serve in Marshal as well as in various other security organizations who recognize the high quality attained by our officers. The basic ranking of Marshal STC certified officers are:

Security Guard: A minimum qualification of 10 std/ grade. Good communication skill, knowledge of min. 3 languages. Height not less than 5' 6". Good physic and age between 20-35 yrs. Min. 2 years of security experience and Certified by Marshal STC in basic tanning.

Security Supervisor: Minimum qualification of graduation in any discipline. Good communication skill, knowledge of min. 3 languages including fluent english. Height not less than 5' 6". Good physic and age between 35-45 yrs. Min. 5 years of security experience and Certified by Marshal STC in basic training and A certificate.

Security Officer: Minimum qualification of graduation in any discipline. Excellent communication skill, knowledge of min. 4 languages including fluent english. Height not less than 5' 9". Good physic and age between 35-50 yrs. Min. 10 years of security experience and Certified by Marshal STC in advance training including B certificate.

Intelligence Officer: Minimum qualification of graduation in any discipline. Excellent communication skill, knowledge of min. 6 languages including fluent english. Height not less than 5' 6". Age between 35-50 yrs. Min. 15 yrs of security & intelligence experience and Certified by Marshal STC in advance training program & C certified.

Patrol Officer: Minimum qualification of graduation in any discipline. Excellent communication skill, knowledge of min. 4 languages including fluent english. Height not less than 5' 6". Good physic and age between 35-50 yrs. Min. 10 yrs of experience in security and Certified by Marshal STC in advance training program.
